Test drove bs 6 petrol freestyle. Salesman Suparna was very courteous and answered all my queries. Liked the car very much. Two things are preventing me to purchase it
1) lack of an automatic gearbox in petrol.
2) Ford's silly decision to omit the brilliant sync 3 infotainment system with Android auto and apple carplay from bs 6 model...?????
Still waiting for the test drive of diesel version. After that I'll decide whether to go for Freestyle or not.

I booked your car for Volkswagen showroom visit from IB Rash Behari Avenue.First the car waiting for me Wrong place, after telephone conversation he picked up. The story start, the car start towards opposite direction towards Kothari hospital.I asked the pilot, he told as per booking IST droping khota hospital.In the mean time I reached Gopal Nagar.and l forced to drop . My question how you people can do this type of booking to go mallick blazer through maminpore .& passenger time no value ,because he booked car sharing basis. Please stop this type of haressment.

I Got my 2008 Innova Body work and New paint done here and they did are fairly good job. Paint finish and technique is good, However the cleanliness in work and Paint detailing is poor. Received my car with multiple swirls in paint. They could have done lacquer better and wax as well

First of all no one was wearing mask. Secondly when I went to enquire about a model, they transfered me to a sales agent who transfered me to a third sales agent who again handed me to a third person. No one cares about professionalism here. They are least interested in selling as they know honda 2 wheelers are going to sell no matter what. High time this attitude needs to be fixed or else this will lead to a path of closure.
The worst part was definitely lack of system in place and dedication to serve your potential customer. Would never recommend to visit this particular honda dealer
