I have been to this service center twice now and both times I was met with unhelpful staff that acted like they are doing you a favor by working on your bike.
I came all the way from Hyd to Kolkata by my Duke 200 and when I gave them the bike to fix some gear lever trouble, they didn't even bother to fasten the bolt for the gear lever properly with a spanner. I was riding at 90 on the highway and found that my gear lever had fallen off thanks to the loose nut. They messed up my clutch adjustment as well and didn't bother tightening the chain even though I requested.
I'd rather depend on my own self to fix my bike than these guys.

Customer service is totally missing. Staff isn't aware of the latest edition features, this is happening because finance company staff are dealing customer on behalf of showroom staff and they are only interested in booking a sale.
