Terrible customer service. Faced attitude, complacency and rude behaviour from the client interfacing personnel who were inefficient with their work timelines, delivery and final output. We were delated by two whole weeks, after which we were presented our car in a dirty unfinished condition, with a few issues which went overlooked by their team and for which we had to revisit their workshop again and wait for over 3 hours for a promised one hour task. In such poor taste, regrettably, because #Ford otherwise have a beautiful customer service record.
