I stay in New Alipore . My car was lifted by workshop from home in time but delivery time was not followed. This is my first time in this workshop but the quality of job was not satisfactory. Car was not properly cleaned. I think this is the primary requirement. When I get back car it was evening so I noticed in next morning there are many black spots in whole body of car . Actually the car cleaned in next morning before use. My expectations from a ford serving centre not fulfilled.

Very good service. They provided very good washing and polishing. Interior of the car was also cleaned very well. They were punctual on time. I couldn’t find any small dirt or dust in my car after the washing. I will definitely recommend my friends and families.

Test drove bs 6 petrol freestyle. Salesman Suparna was very courteous and answered all my queries. Liked the car very much. Two things are preventing me to purchase it
1) lack of an automatic gearbox in petrol.
2) Ford's silly decision to omit the brilliant sync 3 infotainment system with Android auto and apple carplay from bs 6 model...?????
Still waiting for the test drive of diesel version. After that I'll decide whether to go for Freestyle or not.

Worst customer service provided by them. I have been calling them up for a test drive but they are not able to fulfill. They keep giving me dates but they are not able to attend me. I had also visited their showroom 3-4 time but still they are not able to give me a test drive. They are like if you want a test ride give us a months time and then we will assist you.
Firstly I was planning to buy a Hector by the mid of July but by seeing their attitude I thunk I will have to change my company.
Thank You MG for your bad support. N hope you have many discomforts selling in the Indian market.

Terrible customer service. Faced attitude, complacency and rude behaviour from the client interfacing personnel who were inefficient with their work timelines, delivery and final output. We were delated by two whole weeks, after which we were presented our car in a dirty unfinished condition, with a few issues which went overlooked by their team and for which we had to revisit their workshop again and wait for over 3 hours for a promised one hour task. In such poor taste, regrettably, because #Ford otherwise have a beautiful customer service record.

I Got my 2008 Innova Body work and New paint done here and they did are fairly good job. Paint finish and technique is good, However the cleanliness in work and Paint detailing is poor. Received my car with multiple swirls in paint. They could have done lacquer better and wax as well
