I have sent my Toyota Etios to do some denting painting & silencer problem at Kalim Motors ( Go Mechanic). They took 2 days to do the job done. They offered me pick up & drop facility. According to me price is quite reasonable & quality of job is acceptable. I’m giving 4 stat just because I have requested them to do a small paint touch up with some brush on the bonnet of the car that was hit by a small stone as they were painting the quarter panel. They told me they will do it but while delivering the service advisor told me that quarter panel paint & bonnet paint is different so they can’t do it. It’s such a rubbish excuse.

I have not seen such a good work shop for cars. I am new to this area and on asking about the car service center to one uncle of my locality, he suggested me a car service center that was just near me at sarada pally, kolkata 700008. Mr.Debasish hopefully the owner of the shop and he is very polite as well as knowledgeable too. He deals in everything related to car service. I really liked his work. Terrible customer service. Faced attitude, complacency and rude behaviour from the client interfacing personnel who were inefficient with their work timelines, delivery and final output. We were delated by two whole weeks, after which we were presented our car in a dirty unfinished condition, with a few issues which went overlooked by their team and for which we had to revisit their workshop again and wait for over 3 hours for a promised one hour task. In such poor taste, regrettably, because #Ford otherwise have a beautiful customer service record.

3stars only because of the approach road to the workshop...it's just pathetic... If the roads deptt is not getting it done they should along with the other business houses in the same road should pitch in to get the road repaired...

Madam/Dear Sir,
The service was quite ok and the staffs were courteous and well mannered. Lack of space, couldn't provide a simple part.
Have to wait for half an hour to take the car out of the station after complete job and payment.
Condition of the wash room is horrible but can get pollution tested and ioc fuel pump at same premises..
