The lady at the front is not worth to be sitting at the help desk . She doesn't even look at the customers and talks to others but not the customers. She assumes that we are some kind of beggars standing there. I have seen her behaving badly with customers who can't speak fluent English....she should understand we save our money in the bank which gave you a pitying job because of the customers.I hope certain action is taken on her reminding her place she should understand that she isn't the manager of the bank .
Worst experience ever in my entire banking which i have seen they dont even recognise the person depositing the cheque and dont even remember that they have provided with a counter slip of transactions and keep waiting customers SBI and icici axis banks are far better than this 3rd class bank dont even know the proper banking services i dont know how do the offer jobs to these peoples. Dear HDFC take care of your banking services and be aware of uncapable employees of this pendurthy branch.

The bank was really good with good staff and they were well trained to assist the customers in a polite and friendly manner. One of the best corporate banks I have visited. Not sure if all the branches offer same kind of treatment. Overall a good and satisfying experience.
The staff is very irresponsible......
And every month the amount will deducted from the account without any prior information...and I feel it was very poor services .....
Worst customer service. They give a number to call but they dont attend. If they attend they say to call at a later time when the bank is closed. Fromt office has worst customer service. Very disappointing . Till now i thought HDFC was better in terms of cust service.
