The lady at the front is not worth to be sitting at the help desk . She doesn't even look at the customers and talks to others but not the customers. She assumes that we are some kind of beggars standing there. I have seen her behaving badly with customers who can't speak fluent English....she should understand we save our money in the bank which gave you a pitying job because of the customers.I hope certain action is taken on her reminding her place she should understand that she isn't the manager of the bank .

Worst experience ever in my entire banking which i have seen they dont even recognise the person depositing the cheque and dont even remember that they have provided with a counter slip of transactions and keep waiting customers SBI and icici axis banks are far better than this 3rd class bank dont even know the proper banking services i dont know how do the offer jobs to these peoples.
