Very helpful staff, managed by a good branch manager. The branch looks so class with excellent interiors and bright colors. I guess the facility went through a facelift and now looks corporate standard. The staff are professional and quick to assist with customer queries. The products are few - Saving accounts, Fixed deposits and Locker facility is available too. Easy to bank here as everything seems simplified and not complicated.

The Bank of India, SME Branch, is located in Siripuram, opp. to Andhra University after crossing Aunty's Kitchen. The Bank is situated in Koteswaram Apartment, before DG police bungalow. We should not go upto the Main entrance of Andhra University. All types of Saving Bank accounts, current a/cs. Gold loans, loans for business etc., are dealt by this bank. One has to be careful in parking four wheelers in front of the bank. The bank is convenient to all customers than other Public Sector banks. The only inconvenience is that there is less staff.
