I applied for loan on SVL July 2019 still now loan process was moving staff not responding. I m losing my business because of SVL I lost 1.8 lak interest also
Worst experience ever in my entire banking which i have seen they dont even recognise the person depositing the cheque and dont even remember that they have provided with a counter slip of transactions and keep waiting customers SBI and icici axis banks are far better than this 3rd class bank dont even know the proper banking services i dont know how do the offer jobs to these peoples. Dear HDFC take care of your banking services and be aware of uncapable employees of this pendurthy branch.
Worst customer service. They give a number to call but they dont attend. If they attend they say to call at a later time when the bank is closed. Fromt office has worst customer service. Very disappointing . Till now i thought HDFC was better in terms of cust service.
