The one and only dietitian I ever came across was Dt. Bela Patel. That too at age 70! She is so meticulous in preparing the diet chart that not a point is missed and I got all the improvement and benefits she predicted. She is committed to her profession. In the changing world, all need to discipline their diet with the help of a proficient dietitian, especially the elder ones.

I was overweight in 2018 when I approached ayurposhan diet clinic, around 12-13 kgs more than my ideal body weight. Dr Sudha designed a very well diet and activity plan for me. It was healthy way to lose weight without any side effect. No crash diet or No any fad diet was advised. Her plan was perfect for my Indian dietary habit.
She also suggested me very useful yoga poses and meditation for stress relief.
I gradually lost 13kg and 5 inches over period of 6months. Now I am very happy with my health and activity, also my energy levels are increased.
Thank you Dr Sudha..I will recommend this clinic to every one who wants to lose weight in healthy way.

Pathetic services after lockdown opened. Very understaffed.. even after taking a prepaid and prebooked appointment, they did not have any staff ready for the services and did not even bother to inform the customers of the unavailability of the staffs. We came to know about it after we went all the way to the Trident branch and at that last moment we did not even have a backup for getting it done elsewhere..
A huge disappointment from such a reputed brand..
