I was overweight in 2018 when I approached ayurposhan diet clinic, around 12-13 kgs more than my ideal body weight. Dr Sudha designed a very well diet and activity plan for me. It was healthy way to lose weight without any side effect. No crash diet or No any fad diet was advised. Her plan was perfect for my Indian dietary habit.
She also suggested me very useful yoga poses and meditation for stress relief.
I gradually lost 13kg and 5 inches over period of 6months. Now I am very happy with my health and activity, also my energy levels are increased.
