I had always found it difficult to stick with yoga but Health First changed my perception for sure! The classes here are infused with such great energy - this is the first yoga studio where I joined, took yoga seriously and I became a fan of yoga! Dr. Smita Ma’am is so personable and motivating yoga teacher that you wish to follow her without a second thought! From someone who found it difficult in the past to incorporate yogic life, I now always look forward to classes. Surely if you are thinking to join Yoga at Health First for any health issue, you will also be writing an excellent review note, I bet!

Myself utsav pande. I m taking treatment from Dr Aarti Patanwadia since 2 yrs for hair fall. My hair fall was so sever and it's almost stopped after 2 yrs of treatment. Very knowledgable and highly experienced doctor. He is very humble and listens your problem carefully. He collects detailed history and then provides quality treatment based on your case. Dr. Rajiv's diagnosis is very acurate and provides care at very reasonable rate. Although homeopathic treatment takes time for complete cure, you can rely on him and be patient for good results. What I have observed in my case is his treatment has eliminated problem from the root! I will highly recommend Dr. Rajiv for any homeopathic treatment.
