I thank the team of Tribeca for the help they provided at the hour of need. I salute their mission. The brother who was nursing my father, is an extremely dedicated caregiver; very helpful in times of need. Their services are of much needed help to people like us, who stay away from their ageing parents. ....Mrs. Chatterjee

This govt. runs place is must visit for children who wants to know about science and its application with fun with families. I have rated it 3 of 5 because they are not maintaining play areas for years. Many fun items inside play parks are rusted and not coloured.Food stalls inside the park are also substandard. If maintenace is solely depended on entry and show fees then they should increase fees.

A recent update conveys that for sometime they are running dialysis for the poor at a very affordable rate. Its a blessing as the less fortunate ones amongst the society find it hard to manage enough money to arrange for two square meal and some NGO's make at least for not so poor people to get some medication done at a fairly cheaper price.

Very pathetic service. They showed professionalism in collecting payment only but their service was very unprofessional. In every shift new face came who were very unprofessional and even don't know how to give inhaler puffs. They don't have own manpower. They arrange from out side . Nurses who came was very inefficient and poorer than attendants ( aayas) .

I need to travel a lot and my parents are in their eighties with lots of medical ailments. They need frequent doctor visits and regular investigations. I tried to work out with local people but all went into vein . But honestly after the association with Rising Care , I am completely relified from my agony . They are taking care of all the needs of my parents. I must say a great thank you to Mr Tapan ( care manager) in particular. I wish a grant success to them.

I give this five stars based on a totally different standard than most other places/locations--it is Saint Theresa of Kolkata's first home in Kolkata, designed to be a place for those nearest to death on the streets of the city. It isn't glamorous, it isn't clean, it isn't relaxing or easy necessarily...but it gets 5 stars because it's a place of dignity, caring, love, and repose. It's meant to be a place of life-changing encounter with the poorest of the poor, those who wouldn't have a chance otherwise. It's meant to offer more than just amenities or service, it's meant to offer God to people who may never have had an experience of God.
