As a Westerner staying at a Five star but not wanting to pay Five star spa prices, this was the perfect option. Great massage and it was not sketchy at all, we were worried we'd end up at a brothel. This place is legit.

Firstly, the lady at the reception, I think her name was Gargi, seemed to be quite unaware of my appointment...I didn't like the way she interacted with me...I didn't feel welcome at the place. The lady who did the message didn't do the message for one hour...It was about 45 min...She seemed to be too mechanical..As if she is doing it forcibly...The human element was missing!! Overall pretty ordinary experience
