You guys should hire better front office staff for such a premium barbershop. My appointment got rescheduled without any intimation because the "barber was late" and then a hour and a half later, somebody else was already getting serviced inspite of the fact that I called to confirm that I'm gonna make it at the newly proposed time. Can't say anything about the actual service because I never got to that stage. Really wasted my whole morning. Very disappointed.

I went there at 8:15pm when they were nearly closed. I needed to get waxing done and they were more than happy to stay open and work. This was a pleasant experience since I have long working hours and it's often difficult to make it within closing time at other parlours. Jyoti did my waxing and she was very quick and neat with her work. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Never ever try this salon, for hair or hair products, you will find yourself half bald, as the staffs are not well trained for massaging your scalp. They will push you always to have hair spa or buy their products but if the result is negative for your, will accuse you rather being concern for your loss. The staffs are very sweet when you do as they say, and but if you have bad result after applying their treatment, they will quarrel with you like slum dwellers. Even the owner is a liar, and will make you embarrassed by the low class salon staffs.
I will not recommend this salon ever to anyone.
