You guys should hire better front office staff for such a premium barbershop. My appointment got rescheduled without any intimation because the "barber was late" and then a hour and a half later, somebody else was already getting serviced inspite of the fact that I called to confirm that I'm gonna make it at the newly proposed time. Can't say anything about the actual service because I never got to that stage. Really wasted my whole morning. Very disappointed.

Spacious and very tasteful decor. Customer friendly. Esp appreciated the attitude of the senior hair stylist... He not only gave me a great haircut but had none of the "know all" superior attitude that one often encounters in upscale salons. An absolute rip off! For the amount of money this establishment charges, they should know a thing or two about customer service. Neither are they courteous, friendly, nor do they provide a quality service they promise, or at least what one pays for. I've gone back thrice hoping they will get better only to come back more disappointed.
