Had an appointment at 5:30; made us wait until 6:10. Then despite having an appointment for two simultaneous manicures and pedicures they were understaffed and could only do one at a time. Additionally, the layout of the salon is such that there's a massive wall between both pedicure chairs so it makes little sense to come with a friend. The pedicurist was terrible and kept cutting me with the nail file.

It was my first time Last week and wont go back! The guy did my nails was not skilled or neither professiona!! It was paining when he applied the gel under the UV light! All my 10 nails came out after 3 days only! Very bad experience! Oh and the most important part he cut my finger while using a nail’s tool.

I’m not from Kolkata and was very worried about going to a new salon and trying someone for getting services specially my Eyebrows but I was indeed lucky to have landed at Lakme Middleton Street where Srijoyee has made my life so much easier.
