It is below average. There are not much activities you can do here.
I attended hurda party here but very poor arrangements. They charged 850rs per head and food was very less variaty and not much fun activities

We recently booked a trip to kashmir for 8 days through travel pyjama, i must say it was a wonderful trip with our friends. I found the service and response of the travel agency to be excellent. Our calls were promptly responded every time and everyone right from the start till end. Our trip was properly planned and all activities were included. I tried to make a booking to travel to multiple cities in India during the month of December and I was told when wanting to pay with an international credit card, that this was not possible.
I also asked whether a friend of mine living in India could make the booking and payment for me was also not possible.
The agent was very rude and unfriendly and I would advise not to use this travel agency.

The agent talked to us for 10 minutes, excused himself and did not return for 45 minutes. On asking the other agent, the reply was "he is attending other important customer and will be back once they are done"! It didnt matter that we were there before the "important customer". Zero professionalism, hence wont be giving my business to them.
