We recently booked a trip to kashmir for 8 days through travel pyjama, i must say it was a wonderful trip with our friends. I found the service and response of the travel agency to be excellent. Our calls were promptly responded every time and everyone right from the start till end. Our trip was properly planned and all activities were included. Even the hotels booked were better than we expected with breakfast and dinner included. We will highly recommend you to book through them.

We had Trip to Banglore and Mysore. The trip was all about adjustments.
#Problem 1 : No Local guide was provided.
#Problem 2 : Worst Management no
coordination at all.
#Problem 3 : Accommodation was poor, no
room services were provided. No
drinking water were provided in
hotel rooms.
#Problem 4 : Unhealthy Food at mysore that
too was arranged in parking.
#Problem 5 : I think they don't know what is
DJ Night. For DJ night they have
2 speakers with single disco
bulb in open space soo called DJ
night.
#Problem 6 : Return booking of train was at
Yalanka Station and they
dropped us at (KSR) Banglore.

My family went for HImachal Pradesh trip from 29th April to 13th May 2018 with Gurunath Travels.This was their first outing with Gurunath Travels and I am sure its LAST.
1. Overall Poor management .
2. Long hours of bus travel without any intervals for refreshment.
3. Manager/Guide need to understand their responsibilities and must be ready to comply.
4. Gurunath travels has a policy of carrying their own kitchen for most of their tours.Food they served was pathetic and unhealthy.Most of the tour members were falling sick as a result of poor quality food and improper serving time.
Very Bad Experience!
