Less than zero stars. It uses Low quality materials . 2 led lights of temple unit got fused within a month. Switches of the TV unit makes sparking sound when operated. Master bathroom basin has a leakage which is yet to be repaired from 7 may 2021. Kitchen cabinets are poorly made , screws can be seen when cabinets are opened, hinges are not fitted properly. Chimney provided has a lot of dust over it. The old fashioned and old looking metal jali of safty door is not replaced after lockdown as promised before.

Very poor customer service received from Sales Managers - Akshay Passi and Divya Thakkar at the Manpada, Thane store! Akshay took an order from us for a wardrobe when he knew he was leaving Saviesa and then left us in a lurch! No communication and the wardrobe received was very different from our design. Not to mention the fact that Ms. Divya and another Ms. Pranali (Akshay's replacements) were never reachable over the phone. The kitchen installation was done by third grade carpenters who needed constant follow-up. The overall experience was nowhere close to professional or satisfying. More like - "I have paid them the money and must suffer!"
