The phone number is always switched off and the 1800 no which is on the site the customer care representatives need to be trained more with regarding to etiquette and job description and if your server's are not running then please if you could give that information first to the customer rather than wasting the customers time of giving all information then when it is time to register for the pickup the c.c. rep. Says the server is down cant take in the request. Very frustrating
