Needs improvement with staff, as they are half trained!
Free Air refilling system is damage since many months, despite of repeated complaints the issues remains unattended.
Regarding poor quality fuel as complained by many consumers ; I can't vouch for same as this matter can be settled by quality control manager or expert from petroleum industry

All types of payment facilities is available here and there is pure petrol, people come from east to west for filling the petrol, there are 2 petrol pump in Nallasopara East, but people still go there and fill petrol because other petrol pump has some kind of chemical or water mixed in petrol that's why people visit here and the staff is very cooperative here

Staff are polite and the fuel is available all the time.

Not much to say the staff is friendly. and there is not much of waiting time till its your turn. only normal fuel available. 95 octane fuel isn't available though.
