Number 1 chor... no manners of talking with ladies customers. Never shows customer the MRP of parts and adding 2000 to 3000rs. Extra on each part... Gives your car without proper servicing and if customer is not satified they don't even answer you.. If Your part is working they will say the same part is ot working and will charge you double for that.. Frauds... I dont think that other poaitive reviews are by actual customers or fake.. worst experience ever.. I did not satisfied with the work.

As far as I heard that service center they charge lot of money...i don't know about the money but the kind of service which I got from this service center it was awesome....they did a very good job....and the employee (Mithun) he was very helpful and good in his job Infact I would say if anyone is going there then meet him only and discuss with him regarding any issues

They use the same policy as other Aditya Honda outlet in Vasai west. Overpriced accessories, the estimate they give makes you think how was this bike running if it has so many faults. They pressure you by telling as many faults as possible. It is recommended only for new bikes and scooters which are in warranty because after that you will only end up paying more every service.

No customer lounge. It's a very small space. Need to stand over their heads to get the work done. Prasanjith is the go to mechanic there. The rest are not up to standards
