Always had very good experience of Optic house... I am their customer since 2012, they changed their store location once during this time but not their services and quality. Very responsive and well mannered staff specially Mr. Punit. Products are little expensive though than market price but still I insist everyone to go there and experience themselves.

great place to visit once to explore and try the best currently in fashion things like spec frames, belts, watch etc. for boys ! the prices for these are so acceptable which is 99/- item. which is best. i have recently bought some products and including the spec frame which cost me only 100 bucks and i can choose whatever i want.

Height of irresponsibilty of the store peoples. Pathetic experience. Will think twice before going & buying from this store.
Update - changing my 2 star to 5 star not for the store but for the customer support which i got. As I was fedup with lenskart pertaining to one my order, this girl Meenakshi from customer care called me and she turned the game all around. They will start with get two eye glasses for Rs 1500 . Then you will start wearing glasses, search for the glasses that looks good on you, then they will check your eyes. And now at the time of payment they will tell you the total is 2000 + taxes additional. And now you will be like " what 2000 ". But you said 1500 only. Then they will reply, " but sir Gold membership ke alag 500 lagenge".
Now I don't understand, why don't you give all the information in the beginning only ?
Visited twice, and bad experience both the time.
