Always had very good experience of Optic house... I am their customer since 2012, they changed their store location once during this time but not their services and quality. Very responsive and well mannered staff specially Mr. Punit. Products are little expensive though than market price but still I insist everyone to go there and experience themselves.

This place is worst to visit, When they sell expensive spec. they commit many things and when there is small isuues they dont bother saying your warranty is over in 6 Months from purchase and you are late by 15days.
They are worst in service, cheap products are sold at very high price, No sense of responsibility. Dont buy any product from these thieves ...

One of d worst experience wd technician n owner of d shop. Dey have broken my new spectacles purchased from other place while repairing. Dey dnt hav regret for dat... When i askd dm now what to do further, so dey offered me second hand spects. Which is a very shameful act by d owner. It is not good to gv someone second hand spects. Atleast u shd be sorry for ur mistake. I suggest everone not to go this shop.

I recently purchased a frame from here. This place is very spacious. Very well organized. Different number of brands available. Cooperative staff and ya, store ambience was good. It was a lovely experience and it’s certainly not something I get from other retailers (even the ones I shop with regularly).
