Really disappointed with transport service and the people who worked in the service centre. My AC Service has started since last week and they tried to get repair the outdoor equipment but no one was coming to pick up as they always say today will pick up. Even they don't response very well on call. We had said that please tried to solve as soon as possible because we are going away. No one cares about customer situation. I hope company needs to take some serious steps to improve brand identity.

He is a FRAUD. He sold Haier 1 ton air conditioner indoor unit covered in 1.5 ton air conditioner unit. The gas exhausted within 2 months of purchase!! Haier authorised service isn't ready to service the air conditioner.
We never wanted to buy Haier ac but Patel Refrigeration gave us ample discounts and made it lucrative. We have been CHEATED badly. Don't deal with Patel Sales and Services or Imtiaz Kadri.
