The Word "ROYAL" really suits the project, as it have all the features which required for being "ROYAL", in terms of design - in terms of site location, in terms of value for money etc.etc. Frankly speaking, I visited more than 20, 4 BHK villas projects in Vadodara, but "ROYAL CREST" remains at top of my list considering all the aspects of purchasing a "NEW HOME". I request to all who are planning to purchase a new house - Just visit the site. Please take a note that, I am not any property agent or relative of builder. I am just a customer who already visited the site and want to share my experience, which may be useful for others.

I have a unit in Pratham Paradise tarsali and from day1 it has a water leakage issue multiple follow up did not help ?
Please take good feedback before investing in any of the project as before sales and after sales behaviour changes drastically

Very well maintained building with a friendly community and good infrastructure. Building management is very strict with rules making it a great property with tight security! Has a great location close to many stores and shops. Coming from a Penthouse owner, the view is amazing!

It's beautiful flats where in between garden is there and many wings are there this flates locate near the khodiyar nagar so it is easily accessible to the main road.
