It's really a evening spot for refreshment. I saw many people from different age groups spent their evenings happily. There is a small park near it, so preferable for people with kids also. Not only in evenings students also here for study. Just Loved it.

Good beach for some family time,it has a childrens park too, less parking space for cars, visitors have to ensure that they dont leave behind any trash, and put them in the bins..

A good and inexpensive place for young families with children to spend a few hours. However it is badly managed. There is a lot of smoke pollution from the rubbish being burnt inside the park which can endanger visitors; perhaps this is true for the entire city of Trivandrum - young children and adults too should not be subjected to this cancer producing activity. There is also plastic and other rubbish being burnt by the "pettikada" owners just outside the park and the smoke drifts in harming the visitors.

Clean and good lighting . Ample space for light walk within the park. Watch out for stray dogs near the entrance
