Great place for children! They have a good collection of books. Story reading, word play, hand writing and many other sessions conducted regularly. Drama classes by Helen O Grady is conducted here. I was very happy to watch the kids pick story books and read (away from gadgets). My kid loves the story telling sessions by Seema. There are many books for toddlers too. Aesthetics could be improved since it is place for children.

University library is one of the biggest building in the campus with different types of resources in all subjects. The student can read any books or get photostat.
University library with one ac room. It is open from 8am up to 12am except holidays.
It is very quiet place and suitable for reading and writting research.

Gothic styled building that was renovated recently, before the epidemic. The scene inside however, is in a sorry state. This place no longer is the state's best library. Sections still remains the same with no addition to collections/no new arrivals. Lack of arrangements visible.
Ernakulam Public Library as a result, has achieved the status of being State's best library & here the authorities can adopt the technology & systematic approach adopted as in Ernakulam Public Library.

YMCA is the only library near the statue area in Trivandrum that allows students to take their own books inside the library. The monthly rent here is RS. 400. Overall it's a good place to sit and study. The timing of the library is from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and it will mostly be closed in all public,regional and other holidays like harthal..
