Professional character, well behaved, concern for the customer to do his work correct. Little lacking on calling back customers who make enquiries wish to make bookings. Seems you have to visit the office, get the deal done and make the available booking. He has general knowledge regards corona virus restrictions that can affect travel and wi go further to make sure. For example if a customer transits through another country before destination how that may affect such as do the quarantine rules change as per where disembark and where one may transit in between arriving to final destination.
