No any specific decisions on bus break down. Staff working but management 0. Bus no. 8484 breakdown from 2 am to 5 am. At last they called to change bus.

Not at all clean.. toilets are worst and highly infection spreading place . No spray and perfume in toilets . Bus also same .. bad smell inside the bus. Not proper maintenance. Hereafter i never prefer SRS travels in my life.

Passengers vehicles loaded with Goods even in seats . Time taken inside city is too much. Rest places during transit are with unpleasant smell. Overall cleanliness in bus is good .

Seriously I don’t want to give them a one star but what to do ... !! Cz I want to give them “ZERO”.
Am seating in this travels from surat at 1:45 PM and at 7:30 am still in the surat but some unknown place Nd when I called them then they said it’s a common thing you have to faced while traveling ??
So guys don’t ever go on this travels even when you offer for free ride
Don’t ever Go cz your travel start time is definitely you know but the thing you don’t know i.e. your reaching time to your destination...

Very bad experience ,taking too much money for laugase , ticket amount is 600rs and for 2bag I given 300rs .after booking tickets they decided laugase amount ......very bad .
