Very bad company and very cruel and pathetic unprofessional management, specially the owner and HR department people are very cruel. They will not pay salary what is being offered and if you ask, they will terminate you.

I have very bad experience with them.. Pickle parcel is delivered by air.. Highly unprofessional. Then didn't deliver it for 1 week... Highly unprofessional. I will never recommend them for courier.

That's ridicules service provider ...plz don't do parcel from here anymore...my parcel was very urgent and I was doing parcel from DHL but ask them dtdc how long does it take from DTDC they said do it from here and 5 days maximum to get and still 5 days in india ... That funny service providers plz don't go anymore ...thanks

Horrible service. My dad sent a parcel for me paying extra money for a faster delivery (5-7) days since package had some perishable snacks. When I contacted their NY office, I got to know that they sent it via most economical way. Its been more than 15 days and my package has not even arrived in the country.
Very disappointing experience. Never using their services again.
