I would like to give negative ratings to such a worst service in courier... They are updating status of delivered without attempting delivery..
If parcel returned without delivery then status must be "Returned" not delivered
While asking for the reason they are lying and told us that they know well about their business..
Even they are not taking any courtesy to apologise on their mistake rather arguing with customer.
Close such franchise if you want to grow... Otherwise your courier company will get closed soon

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. SHIPMENT WHAT WE RECEIVE WAS MISSING STUFF IN ONE PACKAGE AND EXTRA STUFF IN ANOTHER PACKAGE.
When they pick up from home they taped both parcle
There was missing stuff in NY parcle which luckly we found in TN parcle
NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER WE complain to them never send us list of stuff I ask them to provide till today .
we will not send parcel through them again.

Worst service ever...showing charges lower then others and provide other hidden charger.. and after all of that courier still not delivered. They saying that we are not responsible. Better to user other courier service. Don't use this company guys.. trust me worst ever.

Thirdclass service.... Worst talking behaviour.... And they don't even have service in all over surat.... I stayed in dindoli......
