The worst ever customer service I have ever seen.
First they misplaced my parcel and then upon contacting customer service their literal reply was "Hamare pass time nai hai" (We dont have time)
Its been a week and they still not have located my parcel and when contacting customer service they are continuously hanging up phones without providing any updates or solution
