I had to send a document urgently to Chennai from Pune. I handed over the parcel to the Falcon person on Thursday. They promised me it’ll be delivered on my Chennai address by Saturday( as it is not inside the city ). As promised, the package is delivered today, Saturday! Much appreciated!?

Worst service provider. Don't use DTDC even if they deliver for free. Pathetic service. Everything in the box was broken and they don't claim mishandled packages. DON'T USE DTDC SERVICE EVER. They don't claim and they don't respond to your complaints too. DO NOT USE DTDC ever for free. I paid 1800rs for my big package and everything in the box is broken.

Very slow service and not all the information is given proactively. I had to make 3 visits to send a national and international parcel. The cost and speed of delivery was very cheap and good but staff seemed very demotivated.

This is not open 24×7. I'm at the counter since 10.00 am but it is not open. Their timings are
Set 1 - 1000 to 1800 hrs
Set 2 - 1800 to 0640 hrs next day.
Crazy guys they have no sense of discipline and very poor service.
Mr Amol Munde was the inchagre for this and he has not started the operation event at 1035 hrs.
These guys are not fit for public Service and do not respect public's time. Very Poor for national growth.

It is a post office. It is an old method of communicating. The modern means of communication are mobile phones.
Only official works are done with post cards so plz upgrade and be with the world.

Post office on Law College road just outside film institute. It's very small post office manned by just one person. Generally not crowded.
Though Current person is very efficient, whenever she is on leave no financial transaction takes place like NSC, KVP or even register post.
Div office at Lokmanya Nagar provides alternate person but he can not do any transaction since he never has login password. Even if complained at Div office, nothing happens.

The worst post office branch. Uncurtious staff. It's almost 10 times I visited and only 1 answer the server is down. The work can't be done. I suggest do not avail any banking services from this post office

My experiences of the place is very good.....The staffs are very Cooperative and helpful..... If any post is an delivered or return from your home then you can easily access there and they will help you out to get your parcel or posts which ever is applicable... It is decent amount of space and all the facilities you post office needs.....
