Unprofessional behaviour of staff .. they want things to be done on their condition... Always hiking their rates and putting pressure on customer to book it as soon as possible.. within 20 days they hiked rate form 4000 to 4500 .. it's a peronal msg to the MD of the company please look into it

We had most frustrating and traumatic experience with this developer. Booked a property with the developer in 2015 and the project still going on. The building was ready when we purchased, but there is no sign of finishing of the project. On handover they provided with appalling finish, no Lift (My flat is at 4th floor) and no chance to get the lift in near future.
There is no one to chase once you have bought the property, you will find some useless staff onsite, who are there to tell you lies after lies. Developer himself never available to answer any concerns you have.
Avoid this developer, if you love your money and more importantly peace of mind, at any cost.
