The apartments are kk not as impressive as u are getting around Bailey Road and heavily over priced. A 3 bed room flat in today's time 2019 costs around 1 crore and above... Be sure if u want one.

Unprofessional behaviour of staff .. they want things to be done on their condition... Always hiking their rates and putting pressure on customer to book it as soon as possible.. within 20 days they hiked rate form 4000 to 4500 .. it's a peronal msg to the MD of the company please look into it

This is Toll way collection the road conne to Patna city and Jharkand this toll under disputes at court even though the supreme court allowed to collect fees from travellers the road not that much good fully dust on the road, this road is construct by bsc and c and c company and I am also employee in this company
