i opend here a current account, they detected more than Rs 1000 for ATM and service charges without any information, even there sales person did not infromed me about the charges while opening the account

I am dealing last five years with this branch but I never got good service on here. Our current & saving a/c at sector 18 branch & there is better service, they never waste our time, they never say to go to another counter, they never refuse to directly & indirectly but same situation always happen here.

This branch is located in Tulip Mall, Sector 46 and very easy to locate. Branch staff members are very friendly and they talk in a very polite manner and help to solve issues if any. Almost most of the service request are done here, except for Demat services which is taken care by Sector 18 branch. ATM facility is available in this branch.
