I am dealing last five years with this branch but I never got good service on here. Our current & saving a/c at sector 18 branch & there is better service, they never waste our time, they never say to go to another counter, they never refuse to directly & indirectly but same situation always happen here.

It's a small and neat branch. It doesn't have a cheque drop box and you have to personally deposit the cheque. The ATM is out of order many times.

Very satisfied. Was looking to change my SAR to INR.. closing rate 19.53, exchange rate 18.00. my notes were 500 and 100 and 50 so a bit low.
If you have bigger notes than you get a higher rate. Guy on thr counter is pretty decent and was friendly and helpful. Instant cash redemption so no problem there.
You can call them too and they will arrange exchange at ur workplace or home.

Managers and staff are not entertaining, and staff members are doing partiality. We are in queue from 7 am to till 5 pm but not getting money for daily expense. Very very slow staff with rude behavior. I am very disappointing.
"I appreciate Mr. PM decision, but with very poor preparation".
Really public is suffering for daily utilities.

The female employees of this branch tries to be over smart. They put chosen customer works on pending & call them again.It would be better If those worthless female employees are transferred.Also,don't know the current employee base in this branch ,but it would be better if both gender works here equally.

This is the first time I visited the branch. very disappointed with the service.
Just changing a address should not take more than 2 hrs (according to them), but its almost a day address is not changed and the concerned personal is not responding.
Pathetic branch service.
