I reached out to them for my Mahindra Car 2014 variant and I was really irritated after talking to them. First they were not willing to come to our place which was hardly 400 Mt away from them. Thereafter Without seeing my car and it's condition , they started pin pointing on drawbacks of diesel car and there resale value. Being dealer for Mahindra used car how could they demotivate customer having diesel cars.
Then they had problem with 7 year as they wish to get new car in resale. Boss why would anyone sell his new car. It's old car near to 5-8 years which is sold. Very bad experience.

better to try mahindra first choice or spinny, never buy without a genuine warranty, carghar is no way near genuine, they gives warranty on plain paper, not even properly signed, i am about to file an FIR against them for car meter rollback after getting the correct records from service centre. if you are buying from them took atleast 5 km proper test drive with a mechanic, otherwise you will lose. my newly purchased city stopped in the middle of traffic on the very first day. changed battery worth 3900, next day suspension jammed, replaced it worth 23000inr. beware if you go there.

Non- responsive to say the least .
The tag line which offers 30 mins in and out is truly laughable , which they cannot deliver at all citing the waiting time with having a prior appointment fixed was north of 1 hour .
Competitive marketplace should really look into valuing their clients time.
