I reached out to them for my Mahindra Car 2014 variant and I was really irritated after talking to them. First they were not willing to come to our place which was hardly 400 Mt away from them. Thereafter Without seeing my car and it's condition , they started pin pointing on drawbacks of diesel car and there resale value. Being dealer for Mahindra used car how could they demotivate customer having diesel cars.
Then they had problem with 7 year as they wish to get new car in resale. Boss why would anyone sell his new car. It's old car near to 5-8 years which is sold. Very bad experience.

I called them n got my car towed to the Suzuki service centre from my home. Our driver was ill so not able to drive than i call car towing breakdown crane service in Delhi NCR. He still helped by driving his crane and drop the car service centre.
