And this is the best and ensured place where desi cow farm is well maintained. Also grape orchids and variable vegitables and fruits are grown. Residue free fruits and vegetables is the key point of the nashik farms. Well and good.??????

The staff here is least interested in making a special bouquet. Even if you offer to pay more, they don't. If you give advance order then perhaps they will do it. If you tell the attendant to make a simple bouquet of flowers he will be reluctant to do so. Very bad service from staff.
Although the quality of flowers is good. But what good is the quality of flowers if the attendant is least bothered.

They have lot of IT issues .My boquet order placed on their website for which I paid upfront did not reach them.Out of the blue I decided to call them on the numbers mentioned on website after 2 days.After multiple calls someone responded and confirmed they had not received the order and I had to send the details on WhatsApp.
The boquet for which I paid INR 699 was a 20 Gebaras but actually boquet delivered only contained only 15 Gebaras.
The extra star I gave for is only because they responded to my call and delivered the order
If I would not have called or stopped making multiple attempts to call I would have not known that they have not received the order
They have no quality control

Very Poor! The birthday bouquet was not exactly the same as ordered. The fabric wrap shown was red in color but they wrapped it in yellow. They delivered it late. And the bouquet was not handed over to the addressed person as the person was not available at home, so they gave it to the nearby shopkeeper to deliver it to the person.
They do not attempt delivery for the second time in such case, in fact they charge you extra for doing so.
Highly disappointed by the service of Ferns and Petals, Nashik!

Owner is professional and very honest, You can have all the solution at one step at this SHOP. Have all the Puja sahitya, holly books, devotional photos, essence sticks, Dhoop, flower Banquet and Haar (Garland) in all the types and shapes. They also decorate Marriage Hall, various event Hall, car for all the occasions.
