I wanted to close the account but the bank employee was convincing me not to. He did this for about 2-3 times which made me irritated.He told us that there will be charges for closing account as our cheque book was not used completely.This was making no sense as we already paid for cheque book and the utilisation is completely our choice none of banks concern.Then he sent me to senior manager to just tell I am closing and I was sent back to the bank employee .It took so long for him to close the account as he was taking other request in parallel.I did close my account in other bank and it took hardly 5 mins.
Overall experience with uco disgusting.

The e-lobby is good with 2 atm machines and a passbook printing machine, however the passbook printing kiosk is out of order most of the times and the atm machines mess up sometimes
