Indusind Bank have pathetic staff. An experimental Bankograph was installed in New York City in 1961 by the City Bank of New York, but removed after six months due to the lack of customer acceptance. The Bankograph was an automated envelope deposit machine (accepting coins, cash and cheques) and did not have cash dispensing features.[16][17]

Well the ATM machine is old and one usually have trouble in getting their atm card get read.
It gets out of cash very frequently.
The machine also fails to work sometime properly.

Very bad no Xerox available now in digital world they are asking Xerox for cheque withdrawal and they don't have even Xerox machine even they don't know where is the Xerox shop....I showed her original I'd card still she asking for Xerox why will people go with cashless or paperless if bank itself make it complicated for us...
