I went to this shop for repairing of my American Tourister duffel bag. The shop personnel took ₹800 for repairing the extension handle and didn't gave any bill for it. They also didn't accept credit/debit card saying that they accept the same only for sales. Also the handle came out of bag on my next tour. This clearly shows that the repair was a local repair, and not done by company. Although when I approached the shop again they repaired it for free but still it doesn't seems to me repaired by American Tourister company personnel. The replaced handle looks local and of cheap quality and don't have any authenticity.
