What I love the most is the emphasis on the culture of the cuisine. You're not just making "some Thai noodle dish" but you learn why you use the spices that you use, why meat is cut the way it is, and how the dish is the consequence of unique history & human belief. But most importantly, its absolutely delicious!
It's also fuss free, clean flavours and ingredients and the team goes out of their way to take care of your dietary preferences. They also love feedback and make sure they address it.
It's not a meal, it's an experience!
