This is overhyped hotel in Mumbai.. mainly used by corporates.. the behavior of the reception is bit subdued.. no enthusiasm.. this was my business trip in December first week.. the service is very bad. I had to struggle for hot water during evening.. they could not provide hot water for 3 days in the evening.. they cited different reasons like maintenance of the tank.. repair etc. I called reception also no. Of times.. but of no use.. i am uploading the pics of dirty water as well. the buffet breakfast is good but lacks variety.

Food is good but the prepaid coupon system makes for a very poor dining experience. Imagine needing something while eating - you're forced to get up, walk to the cashier, pay for what you need, handover the coupon to the respective counter, and then wait to collect the dish! They do have waiters but for what?! Not coming back again here.
