Situated on the ground floor, this cafe is not only tiny but also extremely unhygienic with flies all over the place, dirty tabletops and the floor. They had three items available for breakfast (so much for having a wide variety in the menu) and when I inquired about the availability of their cheese fondue for lunch I was rudely informed that they were out of cheese and it wouldn't be available anytime soon (I'm talking one to two weeks here).

We had corporate booking... They have literally blowed it up with bad communication.. some staff are not courteous and rude.. Although I love their food menu and food too.. but just bcos of poor management we are forced to rate them bad.. guys please have clarity in booking and take everything in writing atleast when it's corporate gathering.. Red flag there

The moment I parked my car, knew it am in the right place, it's huge, elegant, stylish. Perfect the way a Star hotel should be. Was there for dinner only, even the restaurants were awesome.

The buffet is absolutely fabulous (for non-vegetarians, at least). Each one of the starters is very good, but the delicious basa is worth a special mention. The ambience is great, and so is the staff. Great for a get-together with friends or family.
Downers - the location is prone to heavy traffic, and of course, I wish it were more affordable.
