Medical person is not helping me regarding medicine which I have purchased from him also I have showed him my medicine bill but he said you have not purchased from here he is lying ..
For 4 days charged 35000 including Medical bill Dengue Patient
15000 medical bill in dengue patient
Totally worthless very expensive Hospital
So choice is yours ..

Very poor response at the beginning itself with lot of rigidity. I called 15 days back with request for Attendant. They promised to call back but nobody did. Today I called again, same beareaucratic response and insistence on pre assessment with charge of 200 rupees. I explained my mom is not in Mumbai and I need an attendant right from the minute she lands at the airport. They refused. So sorry they do not understand peculiar situations.

Very professional team of orthopedic spine surgeons. Best spine surgeons in India along with super physiotherapy facilities. I always refer my patients and relative to CESS for anything like backpain, neck pain, slipped disc or any spine related problems. Horrible customer service, malabar clinic in particular. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and was made to wait for an hour and a half before being asked to leave since there was no time slot available and the doctor was unavailable. All of this happened despite the fact that I had made a prior appointment and confirmed it the day before. Operational management is atrocious. This being done to someone who came especially from Pune for a consultation. No consideration at all. People responsible - Dr. Afreen ( concerned doctor ), Disha Chatha ( Senior manager ), Sheetal Shetty ( Junior operations manager ) and Davina D’Souza.
