Very poor service when it comes to the therapy which is what one visits a spa for. The frills have no meaning. Spacious interiors without any meaning unless you can deliver the service sought.

Very poor response at the beginning itself with lot of rigidity. I called 15 days back with request for Attendant. They promised to call back but nobody did. Today I called again, same beareaucratic response and insistence on pre assessment with charge of 200 rupees. I explained my mom is not in Mumbai and I need an attendant right from the minute she lands at the airport. They refused. So sorry they do not understand peculiar situations.

It was a great experience, after the therapy I can feel the change. Like my left shoulder use to pain alot in winters, but now it almost gone, and many more changes I can feel is happening around my body, back pain, less tiredness, more focused and yeah stress buster.
